David Wenham, né le 21 septembre 1965 à Marrickville (Nouvelle-Galles du Sud), est un acteur australien. Après plusieurs rôles dans des films australiens, il a gagné en notoriété internationale pour avoir incarné Faramir dans la trilogie cinématographique 'Le Seigneur des anneaux' de Peter Jackson et Dilios dans '300' et sa suite, '300 : La Naissance d'un empire'. En Australie, il est également connu pour ses apparitions à la télévision dans des séries comme 'Killing Time', 'Better Man' et 'Top of the Lake'. En 2013, il a fait ses débuts en tant que réalisateur pour le film à sketches 'The Turning', adapté d'un recueil de nouvelles de Tim Winton.
