Dorcas Wright "Dede" Gardner (née le 16 octobre 1967) est une productrice de cinéma américaine. Elle est présidente depuis la création de Plan B Entertainment et coprésidente avec Jeremy Kleiner depuis 2013. Elle a remporté les Oscars pour la production des films 12 Years a Slave (2013) et Moonlight (2016), devenant ainsi la première femme à remporter deux Oscars du meilleur film. Elle a également été nommée dans cette catégorie pour The Tree of Life (2011), Selma (2014), The Big Short (2015), Vice (2018), Women Talking (2022) et Nickel Boys (2024).
