Gilles Mimouni est un architecte et réalisateur français. Il est principalement connu pour son long métrage L'Appartement (1996), un thriller romantique tendu avec Vincent Cassel, Monica Bellucci et Romane Bohringer, et il a été producteur exécutif pour son remake américain Wicker Park (2004).
