Joseph Andrew « Jay » Hughes Paulson (né le 29 mai 1978 à l'hôpital St. Luke's-Roosevelt de Manhattan) est un acteur américain. Diplômé en histoire de l'UCLA en 2001, il est membre à vie du Actors Studio. Il a couru le marathon de Los Angeles en 2007 en 4h50. Pratiquant du bouddhisme theravāda et végan, il est marié à Courtney Paulson (née Kohl) depuis 2008 et ils ont un fils, Leland « Lee » Kohl Paulson, né en 2009.
