Joseph « Jeph » Loeb III est un scénariste, producteur et auteur de bandes dessinées américain. Il a été producteur/scénariste pour les séries télévisées Smallville et Lost, scénariste pour les films Commando et Teen Wolf, et scénariste et co-producteur exécutif pour la série NBC Heroes de son lancement en 2006 à novembre 2008. En 2010, Loeb est devenu vice-président exécutif de Marvel Television.
