Joseph Peter 'Joe' Spano (né le 7 juillet 1946) est un acteur américain qui s'est fait connaître pour son rôle du lieutenant Henry Goldblume dans la série Hill Street Blues et est aujourd'hui célèbre pour son interprétation de l'agent spécial du FBI Tobias Fornell dans NCIS.
