Vie et carriere
John Herzfeld est un réalisateur, scénariste, acteur et producteur américain de cinéma et de télévision. Parmi ses longs métrages, on compte 'Two of a Kind' (1983), '2 Days in the Valley' (1996), '15 Minutes' (2001) et 'The Death and Life of Bobby Z' (2007). Il a également réalisé de nombreux téléfilms, tels que 'The Ryan White Story' (1989), 'The Preppie Murder' (1989), 'Casualties of Love: The Long Island Lolita Story' (1993) et 'Don King: Only in America' (1997), pour lequel il a été nommé aux Emmy Awards et a remporté le prix de la Directors Guild of America pour une réalisation exceptionnelle dans un spécial dramatique. Il a gagné un Daytime Emmy Award pour la réalisation du programme 'Stoned' dans la série 'ABC Afterschool Special' en 1980.
