Josh a suivi une formation à la RADA. Parmi ses crédits théâtraux précédents, on compte The Mikvah Project (Orange Tree Theatre) et Every Day I Make Greatness Happen (Hampstead Theatre). À la télévision, il a participé à Killing Eve (BBC), Stath Lets Flats (Channel 4) et Liar (Two Brothers Pictures).
