Nicole Holofcener, née le 22 mars 1960, est une réalisatrice et scénariste américaine de cinéma et de télévision. Elle a réalisé sept longs métrages, dont Walking and Talking, Friends with Money et Enough Said, ainsi que diverses séries télévisées. Avec Jeff Whitty, elle a été nommée aux Oscars 2019 pour le meilleur scénario adapté, a reçu une nomination aux BAFTA dans la même catégorie et a remporté le prix du Writers Guild of America pour le meilleur scénario adapté pour le film Can You Ever Forgive Me? (2018).
