Peter A. Ramsey (né le 23 décembre 1962) est un illustrateur, storyboardeur et réalisateur américain. Il est surtout connu pour avoir réalisé Les Cinq Légendes (2012) de DreamWorks Animation, devenant ainsi le premier Afro-Américain à réaliser un film d'animation en images de synthèse et le deuxième à réaliser un grand film d'animation américain (Bruce W. Smith fut le premier réalisateur afro-américain avec Bebe's Kids [1992] de Paramount Pictures), et pour avoir co-réalisé Spider-Man: New Generation (2018) de Sony Pictures Animation. Pour ce film, il est devenu le premier Afro-Américain à être nommé et à remporter un Oscar du meilleur film d'animation.
