Shin Eun Soo est une actrice primée sous npio Entertainment, une filiale de JYP Entertainment. Elle a débuté dans l'industrie du divertissement en tant que stagiaire idol avant de faire ses débuts d'actrice en tant que tête d'affiche dans le film de 2016 "Vanishing Time: A Boy Who Returned" (가려진 시간). Bien qu'elle n'ait jamais joué auparavant, Eun Soo a été sélectionnée parmi 300 candidates. Pour sa performance, elle a remporté le Popular Film Star Award aux 2016 The Night of Stars: Korea Top Star Awards. Elle a prêté sa voix à l'héroïne du film d'animation intitulé "The Shower." Le 12 mars 2025, Management SOOP a annoncé que Shin Eun Soo avait signé un contrat exclusif avec l'agence.
