Spencer Millman est un producteur, connu pour avoir produit Harry Hill's TV Burp, Man to Man with Dean Learner, Bo' Selecta, The Mighty Boosh et Lee Nelson's Well Good Show. En 2004, Millman a été nommé pour le BAFTA TV Award pour Bo' Selecta, écrit par Leigh Francis. En 2008, Millman a remporté un BAFTA pour Harry Hill's TV Burp. L'émission a ensuite remporté un autre BAFTA et un RTS Award la même année.
