Alfred Molina (geboren als Alfredo Molina; 24 mei 1953) is een Brits-Amerikaans acteur, bekend om zijn hoofd- en karakterrollen op het toneel en in films. In een carrière van meer dan vijf decennia ontving hij een Drama Desk Award en nominaties voor twee British Academy Film Awards, een British Independent Film Award, een Independent Spirit Award, vijf Screen Actors Guild Awards en drie Tony Awards. Hij brak door in het West End en werd genomineerd voor een Laurence Olivier Award voor Beste Nieuwkomer in 1980 voor 'Oklahoma!'. Op Broadway kreeg hij Tony-nominaties voor 'Art' (1998), 'Fiddler on the Roof' (2004) en 'Red' (2009). Zijn filmdebut was in 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' (1981), met BAFTA-nominaties voor 'Frida' (2002) en 'An Education' (2009).
