Ayesha Dharker (geboren op 16 maart 1978 in Mumbai, India) is een Indiase actrice. Ze staat bekend om haar rol in de Tamil-Indiase film The Terrorist (1999), waarvoor ze de prijs voor Beste Artistieke Bijdrage van een Actrice ontving op het Cairo International Film Festival en werd genomineerd voor een Chlotrudis Award en National Film Award voor Beste Actrice. Ze verscheen ook in Hollywood-films zoals Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones en The Mistress of Spices, televisieseries zoals Arabian Nights, en de West End- en Broadway-musical Bombay Dreams.
