Isabella May Ramsey (geboren september 2003) is een Engelse acteur. Ze brak door met de rol van de jonge edelvrouw Lyanna Mormont in de HBO-fantasyserie Game of Thrones (2016–2019) en speelde Ellie in de HBO-postapocalyptische dramaserie The Last of Us (2023–heden), waarvoor ze nominaties kreeg voor een Primetime Emmy Award en een Golden Globe Award. Ramsey speelde ook Mildred Hubble in de CBBC-serie The Worst Witch (2017), sprak de titelrol in voor de Netflix-animatieserie Hilda (2018–2023) en had een hoofdrol in de historische komediefilm Catherine Called Birdy (2022), wat een nominatie voor de Critics' Choice Movie Award voor Beste Jonge Uitvoerder opleverde.
