Billy Chow (geboren als Chow Bei-lei op 24 augustus 1958 in Canada), ook bekend als Billy Chau en Billy Chow Bei-lei, is een Chinees-Canadese acteur, vechtsporter en voormalig wereldkampioen kickboksen. Chow is vooral bekend om zijn rol als generaal Fujita in de film 'Fist of Legend' uit 1994 en als Wong, 'Grote Schop van het Noorden' in de film 'Tai Chi Boxer' uit 1996.
