Robert Joles (geboren op 16 juli 1959 in Glendora, Californië) is een Amerikaanse stemacteur en muzikant. Hij is bekend van het inspreken van vele personages in televisieseries, vooral als de stem van Man Ray in SpongeBob SquarePants (hij volgde John Rhys-Davies op) en Bill Green in Big City Greens. Ook sprak hij Bagheera in The Jungle Book 2 in en geeft hij momenteel stem aan Grape Ape.
