Brian Thomas Grazer (geboren op 12 juli 1951) is een Amerikaanse film- en televisieproducent. Hij richtte in 1986 Imagine Entertainment op, samen met Ron Howard. De films die zij hebben geproduceerd hebben wereldwijd meer dan 15 miljard dollar opgebracht. Grazer is persoonlijk genomineerd voor vier Academy Awards voor 'Splash' (1984), 'Apollo 13' (1995), 'A Beautiful Mind' (2001) en 'Frost/Nixon' (2008). Zijn films en tv-series zijn in totaal genomineerd voor 47 Academy Awards en 217 Emmy Awards. In 2002 won hij een Oscar voor Beste Film voor 'A Beautiful Mind' (gedeeld met Ron Howard). In 2007 werd hij door Time uitgeroepen tot een van de '100 Meest Invloedrijke Mensen ter Wereld'.
