Choi Min-sik is een Zuid-Koreaans acteur. Hij kreeg veel lof voor zijn rollen in films als 'Oldboy', 'I Saw the Devil' en 'The Admiral: Roaring Currents'. Voor zijn hoofdrol in 'Oldboy' won hij de prijs voor Beste Acteur op de 40e Baeksang Art Awards, de 24e Blue Dragon Awards en de 41e Grand Bell Awards.
