Chris Morgan is een Amerikaans scenarioschrijver en producent. Hij schreef meerdere scripts voor de Fast & Furious-franchise, evenals voor Wanted en de Fox-crimedrama Gang Related. Zijn productiebedrijf, Chris Morgan Productions, sloot in 2011 een first-look deal met Universal. In 2013 richtte hij een tv-productiebedrijf op met een vergelijkbare deal. Hij werd ooit gepersifleerd in een video van The Onion waarin een vijfjarige hem speelde.
