Daniel Pemberton (geboren op 3 november 1977) is een Engelse componist en songwriter. Hij werkt voornamelijk in film, televisie en videogames en is het bekendst van de filmscores voor Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse en het vervolg Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, waarvoor hij verschillende prijsnominaties ontving, waaronder bij de Golden Globes en de Critics' Choice Awards. Ook kreeg hij erkenning voor zijn werk in films als Steve Jobs, Motherless Brooklyn, The Trial of the Chicago 7, Being the Ricardos, The Rescue en de LittleBigPlanet-serie games. Voor The Trial of the Chicago 7 werd Pemberton genomineerd voor de Ivor Novello Award voor beste originele filmscore en de Academy Award voor beste originele nummer samen met Celeste voor het nummer 'Hear My Voice'.
