David Wayne McCharen (geboren op 16 april 1950) is een Japans-Amerikaanse acteur. De meeste van zijn credits zijn als diverse of extra stemmen in verschillende films en videogames. Zijn meest prominente rol blijft die van de stem van Shredder in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles en Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze.
