Mary Debra Winger (geboren op 16 mei 1955) is een Amerikaanse actrice. Ze is drie keer genomineerd voor een Oscar en won prijzen voor haar rollen in 'Terms of Endearment', waarvoor ze in 1983 de National Society of Film Critics Award voor Beste Actrice kreeg, en in 'A Dangerous Woman', waarvoor ze in 1993 de Tokyo International Film Festival Award voor Beste Actrice won.
