Dee Wallace (geboren op 14 december 1948) is een Amerikaanse actrice en komedienne. Ze is vooral bekend van haar hoofdrollen in populaire films, zoals de moeder van Elliot in Steven Spielbergs film E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982), haar meest bekeken rol. Ze speelde ook sleutelrollen in cultfilms als The Hills Have Eyes (1977) en The Howling (1981), en verscheen in The Stepford Wives (1975) en 10 (1979). In totaal heeft Wallace in meer dan 85 films gespeeld.
