Ellen David is een Canadese actrice. Ze werd in 2007 mede-genomineerd voor een Gemini Award voor Beste Ensembleprestatie in een Komedieprogramma of -serie voor de aflevering 'Check Please' van The Business, en in 2005 genomineerd voor een Prix Gemeaux voor Beste Vrouwelijke Bijrol in een Komedie. In 2015 won ze de Award of Excellence van de Montreal-afdeling van de ACTRA Awards.
