Eunice Huthart (geboren op 2 november 1966) is een Britse stuntvrouw. Ze is vooral bekend door het winnen van Gladiators en werd vervolgens uitgenodigd om terug te keren naar de show als Gladiator, onder de naam 'Blaze'. Ze blijft de enige Britse deelnemer die ooit Gladiator werd. Daarna werd ze stuntdubbel voor sterren als Famke Janssen, Angelina Jolie, Milla Jovovich en Uma Thurman.
