Gordon Liu Chia-Hui (劉家輝) is een Chinese vechtsportfilmacteur en vechtkunstenaar. Hij werd beroemd door de hoofdrol van San Te in The 36th Chamber of Shaolin en de vervolgen. Ook speelde hij kungfu-meester Pai Mei in Kill Bill: Volume 2 (2004) en Johnny Mo in Kill Bill: Volume 1 (2003).
