Jeannie Berlin (geboren als Jeannie Brette May op 1 november 1949) is een Amerikaanse actrice en scenarioschrijver. Als dochter van comédienne en regisseuse Elaine May is ze vooral bekend van haar rol in de komediefilm The Heartbreak Kid (1972) van haar moeder, waarvoor ze nominaties kreeg voor een Academy Award en een Golden Globe voor Beste Vrouwelijke Bijrol. Andere opvallende filmoptredens zijn onder meer Sheila Levine Is Dead and Living in New York (1975), Margaret (2011), Inherent Vice (2014), Café Society (2016), The Fabelmans (2022) en You Hurt My Feelings (2023).
