Jeffrey Reddick is een Amerikaans scenarioschrijver, vooral bekend als de bedenker van de 'Final Destination'-filmserie. Daarnaast schreef hij de horrorfilm 'Tamara' en de remake van 'Day of the Dead'. Hij groeide op in Jackson, Kentucky, studeerde in 1987 af aan de Breathitt County High School en volgde onderwijs aan Berea College. Reddick is aanhanger van het Bahá'í-geloof.
