Leven en carriere
John Llewellyn Moxey (ook vermeld als John L. Moxey of John Moxey) (26 februari 1925 – 29 april 2019) was een in Argentinië geboren Britse film- en televisieregisseur. Hij was vooral bekend van de horrorfilm 'The City of the Dead' (ook bekend als 'Horror Hotel', 1960) en afleveringen van series zoals 'The Saint', 'Magnum, P.I.' en 'Murder, She Wrote'. Daarnaast regisseerde hij vele televisiefilms, waaronder 'The House That Would Not Die' (1970), 'A Taste of Evil' (1971), 'Home for the Holidays' (1972), 'The Night Stalker' (1972), 'Genesis II' (1973), 'Where Have All the People Gone?' (1974), 'Nightmare in Badham County' (1976), 'Ebony, Ivory and Jade' (1979), 'No Place to Hide' (1981) en 'I, Desire' (1982).
