Jonathan Zaccaï (geboren op 22 juli 1970) is een Belgisch acteur, filmregisseur en scenarioschrijver. Hij is de neef van René Kalisky. Zijn acteerwerk omvat onder meer 'The Beat That My Heart Skipped', 'A Distant Neighborhood', 'The True Story of My Life in Rouen', 'The Role of Her Life' en 'They Came Back'. Hij ontving de Magritte Award voor Beste Acteur voor 'Private Lessons'.
