Kathy Ann Najimy (geboren op 6 februari 1957) is een Amerikaanse actrice, vooral bekend als Olive Massery in de televisieserie Veronica's Closet, als zuster Mary Patrick in Sister Act en als de stem van Peggy Hill in de animatieserie King of the Hill. Voordat ze in films speelde, was ze vooral bekend van twee Off Broadway-voorstellingen met Mo Gaffney, waar ze als duo Kathy en Mo optraden. Een van deze shows werd een HBO-comedyspecial en bezorgde Najimy haar eerste landelijke schare fans.
