Keith Hector Jardine (geboren op 31 oktober 1975) is een Amerikaanse mixed martial artist die actief is in het lichtzwaargewicht en vooral bekend is van zijn gevechten in de Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Hij maakte zijn debuut in de UFC tijdens The Ultimate Fighter 2 als zwaargewicht onder coach Rich Franklin. Jardine traint bij Jackson's Submission Fighting in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Hij behaalde opmerkelijke overwinningen op voormalige UFC-kampioenen lichtzwaargewicht Chuck Liddell en Forrest Griffin, en staat bekend om zijn zeer onorthodoxe vechtstijl.
