Leven en carriere

Kōji Hashimoto, professioneel bekend als Kōji Yakusho, is een Japanse acteur. Internationaal is hij bekend door zijn hoofdrollen in Shall We Dance? (1996), 13 Assassins (2010), The Third Murder (2017), The Blood of Wolves (2018), Under the Open Sky (2020) en The Days (2023). Voor zijn vertolking in Perfect Days (2023) ontving hij de prijs voor Beste Acteur op het 76e Cannes Film Festival.
