Lisa Schrage is een Canadese film- en televisieactrice. Ze is vooral bekend door haar rol als Mary Lou Maloney in de Canadese horrorfilm 'Hello Mary Lou: Prom Night II' uit 1987. Ze had ook een hoofdrol in de Canadese horrorfilm 'Food of the Gods II' uit 1989. Schrage groeide op in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
