Ma Yili is een Chinese actrice. Ze is bekend van haar rollen in de televisieseries My Fair Princess III (2003), Qiao's Grand Courtyard (2006), Struggle (2007), The First Half of My Life (2017), Blossoms Shanghai (2023) en To the Wonder (2024), evenals de film B for Busy (2021). In 2019 stond Ma op de 42e plaats van Forbes China Celebrity 100-lijst.
