Miles Hugh Barrett Jupp is een Engelse komiek en acteur. Hij begon zijn carrière als stand-upcomedian. Hoewel hij geboren is in Newcastle upon Tyne, bracht hij het grootste deel van zijn jeugd door in Londen. Hij volgde onderwijs aan drie onafhankelijke scholen: The Hall School in Hampstead, Londen; St George's School in Windsor; en vervolgens Oakham School in Rutland. Hij studeerde daarna Theologie aan de Universiteit van Edinburgh in Schotland en woont nu in Monmouthshire, Wales.
