Molly Gordon (geboren op 6 december 1995) is een Amerikaanse actrice, scenarioschrijver en regisseur. Ze speelde in de dramaserie Animal Kingdom (2016–2018) en de komediefilms Life of the Party (2018), Booksmart (2019) en Good Boys (2019). In 2023 regisseerde, schreef en speelde ze mee in de muzikale komediefilm Theater Camp en had ze een terugkerende rol als Claire in de FX-serie The Bear (2023–heden).
