Néstor Gastón Carbonell (geboren op 1 december 1967) is een Amerikaanse acteur, regisseur en scenarioschrijver. Hij brak door met zijn rol als Luis Rivera in de NBC-sitcom 'Suddenly Susan'. Carbonell is vooral bekend van zijn rollen als Richard Alpert in de ABC-dramaserie 'Lost', Sheriff Alex Romero in de A&E-dramaserie 'Bates Motel' en Yanko Flores in de Apple TV+-serie 'The Morning Show'. Ook speelde hij burgemeester Anthony Garcia in Christopher Nolan's superheldenfilms 'The Dark Knight' (2008) en 'The Dark Knight Rises' (2012). In 2024 won hij een Primetime Emmy Award voor Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series voor zijn rol in de FX-serie 'Shōgun'.
