Paul F. Bernard is een Amerikaanse film- en televisieregisseur en producent. Hij behaalde een Bachelor of Arts in Media en Film aan de University of South Carolina. In 1997 richtte hij samen met James Scura en Mathew Dunne de productiemaatschappij Third Man Films op. Ook vormde hij met James Scura de productiemaatschappij Bernard/Scura Productions. Daarnaast heeft Bernard ervaring met het produceren van muziekevenementen en concerttournees.
