Peng Xiao Ran is een Chinese presentatrice en actrice, geboren in Beijing. Ze studeerde af aan de Broadcasting Department van de Communication University of China. In april 2013 begon ze als presentatrice van 'iQiyi Morning Flight'. In maart 2015 won ze de 'Potential Host of the Year'-prijs op het 8e 'Variety Show'-festival. Haar acteercarrière begon in februari 2014 met een bijrol in de mysterieuze en spannende horror-drama 'Ferryman'. In november 2019 won ze de 'Best Actress of the Year Online Drama'-prijs op het First Internet Film and Television Culture and Entertainment Festival voor haar rol als een onschuldige prinses in het kostuum-romantiek-drama 'Goodbye My Princess' uit 2019.
