Sepulveda studeerde in 2020 af aan LAMDA. Sinds haar afstuderen omvatten haar credits een van de hoofdrollen tegenover Tom Hardy in Gareth Evans' Havoc voor Netflix en The Man Who Fell To Earth (Showtime) tegenover Chiwetel Ejiofor. Ze verscheen ook in de korte films The Other End (2021) als Shona en in Late Nights at the Movies (2018) als Livion.
