Raman Hui Shing-Ngai (Traditioneel Chinees: 許誠毅, geboren in 1963) is een Hongkongse animator en filmregisseur, vooral bekend als co-regisseur van Shrek the Third en als (co)regisseur van verschillende korte films, waaronder Kung Fu Panda: Secrets of the Furious Five, Scared Shrekless en Puss in Boots: The Three Diablos.
