Raymond Andrew Winstone (geboren op 19 februari 1957) is een Engelse televisie-, theater-, film- en stemacteur met een carrière van vijf decennia. Hij heeft met vele prominente regisseurs gewerkt, zoals Martin Scorsese en Steven Spielberg, en is vooral bekend om zijn 'harde jongen'-rollen (vaak gebracht in zijn kenmerkende Londens accent), te beginnen met Carlin in de film Scum uit 1979 en Will Scarlet in de cult TV-serie Robin of Sherwood. Zijn filmografie omvat onder meer Fool's Gold, Cold Mountain, King Arthur, The Proposition, The Departed, Beowulf, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull en Edge of Darkness. Hij staat bekend om hoofdrollen in zeer grove en gewelddadige films zoals Nil By Mouth, Sexy Beast en 44 Inch Chest. Daarnaast is hij actief geworden als filmproducent.
