Rosa Maria Velasco (Chinees: 韋羅莎; geboren op 12 maart 1983) is een Hongkongse toneel- en filmactrice. Ze ontving een nominatie voor Beste Vrouwelijke Bijrol bij de Hong Kong Film Awards voor haar optreden in de dramafilm 'Time Still Turns the Pages' (2023).
