Rosamund Kwan Chi-Lam is een voormalig actrice uit Hongkong. Ze is vooral bekend van haar hoofdrol als 'Dertiende Tante' in de filmreeks Once Upon a Time in China uit de jaren 90. Ze stopte in 2007 met acteren. Samen met collega-actrice Helen Ma richtte ze het in Hongkong gevestigde schoonheidsmerk RK Beauty op.
