Ryusuke Ohbayashi (geboren op 13 maart 1946 in Fukuoka, Japan) is een Japanse stemacteur. Hij is vooral bekend van zijn rollen als Soun Tendo in 'Ranma ½' en Captain Kiichi Goto in 'Patlabor'. Eerder werd hij gecrediteerd als Ryūnosuke Ōbayashi en zijn echte naam is Shōchi Ōbayashi. Hij is onder contract bij het talentenbureau 81 Produce.
