Shawn Wayne Hatosy (geboren op 29 december 1975) is een Amerikaanse film- en televisieacteur en regisseur. Hij is vooral bekend van zijn rollen in films als In & Out (1997), The Faculty (1998), Outside Providence, Anywhere but Here (beide 1999), The Cooler (2003) en Alpha Dog (2006). Ook speelde hij belangrijke rollen in televisieseries, zoals Detective Sammy Bryant in de TNT-misdaadserie Southland (2009–2013), Andrew 'Pope' Cody in de TNT-misdaadserie Animal Kingdom (2016–2022) en Dr. Jack Abbot in The Pitt (2025–).
