Shilpa Shukla is een Indiase actrice in theater, televisie en Bollywood-films. Ze staat bekend om haar rollen in het sportdrama Chak De! India uit 2007 en de neo-noir film B.A. Pass uit 2013, waarvoor ze de Filmfare Critics Award voor Beste Actrice ontving.
