Leven en carriere

Stephen John 'Steve' Coogan (geboren op 14 oktober 1965) is een Engelse komiek, acteur, schrijver en producent. Zijn bekendste personage in het Verenigd Koninkrijk is Alan Partridge, een sociaal onhandige en politiek incorrecte regionale mediapersoonlijkheid, die te zien was in verschillende televisieseries, zoals The Day Today, Knowing Me Knowing You with Alan Partridge en I'm Alan Partridge. Buiten het VK is Coogan vooral bekend van zijn filmrollen.
